The hotel is situated inside the LiMA Technology Centre of the CALABARZON Area. It is located on the borders of Lipa City and Malvar Batangas, accessible via the Southern Tagalog Access Road highway. The Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila is a mere 60-minute drive from the hotel, approximately 71 kilometres away.

ACCOMMODATION: The hotel boasts 76 well appointed Standard and Deluxe rooms with views of Mount Makiling and Mount Malarayat. Each room is equipped with an executive desk, ensuite bath, IDD telephones with voicemail, in-room internet access, inidividually controlled air-conditioning, cable TV, tea and coffee making facilities, mini-bar and in-room safe.
Standard rooms are at 40 square metres, provided with an oversized bathtub and queen size beds. Deluxe rooms are 45 square metres, additionally provided with dining and kitchen facilities.
