pm and 6:00 pm to 3:00 am

Thai Kitchen |
The
Thai Kitchen mixes modern decor with traditional cuisine
from three live working kitchens. Seating is positioned
around the kitchens to allow guests to enjoy the sights
and smells of classic Thai cuisine preparation. Meals
are presented in a variety of small celadon cups, plates
and saucers, making The Thai Kitchen a fun and exotic
shared dining experience. Alfresco dining is available
in the covered terrace adjacent.

| Traiteur |
Offering
modern European cuisine in a striking architectural setting,
Traiteur is set on two levels, both connected by a long
metal staircase suspended from the ceiling. Traiteur includes
Cave Privée, a 1200-bottle wine cellar, plus two
private dining rooms seating up to ten people. A background
of contemporary French and north African lounge music
completes the experience. The upper level of Traiteur
also hosts a cosmopolitan wine bar with an outdoor terrace
area.
